Referral information for Agencies
Submitting a Referral for a Client
Please read all 4 steps below, and include all necessary information in your email. If you are a social service agency, government agency or clergy, please email us at with all necessary info after reviewing all required fields.
1. Include the following information in your email (please note clients are allowed one visit (ever) to HGRM and should have transportation & access to a truck prior to scheduling the appointment. Please do not send any attachments.)

**Please note we are a furniture bank with mostly used items and limited inventory. Only 1 visit (ever) is allowed so client must come prepared to take everything needed.

Once we receive this information we will confirm the appointment with you via email so that you may then notify the client.

Cancellations and No Shows will prevent other families from getting the items they need! If your client needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, the client needs to notify you. You can then contact HGRM with this information. Please note that if a client needs to reschedule due to unforseen circumstances, we are no longer able to reschedule more than once. .
If your agency does not have e-mail then the referral should be called in to the HGRM phone message system at 978-635-1710 ext 3. You will receive a call back to set up an appointment within a day or two.
